Spine & Back
Most back pain does not need surgery. Knowing which back pain does is the entire job.
The approach
How spine & back care runs here
Back and neck pain has a wide range of causes — discs, joints, nerves, muscle, and simple mechanical overload. They look similar from the outside and are treated very differently.
Our approach is non-surgical first and genuinely so: therapy, medication management, activity change and injections, with imaging used to answer a question rather than to fill a file.
Spine surgery is reserved for problems that will not resolve without it — nerve compression that is not improving, instability, or structural damage. If you are not in that group we will say so.
