The approach
How foot & ankle care runs here
Foot and ankle problems are mechanical. Something is bearing load it was not built to bear — a rolled ankle that never fully healed, an arch that has dropped, a tendon under chronic strain.
Treatment usually begins with protecting the healing tissue, correcting the mechanics with orthotics or bracing, and rebuilding strength through therapy. That sequence resolves a great deal.
Where deformity, chronic instability or a failed tendon is the cause, surgery corrects what support alone cannot. Podiatric care and diabetic foot care are part of the same service.
