About
Specialists,not areferral chain
Ridgeline is built so that the scan, the specialist and the therapy are in the same building and on the same plan.
Why it is set up this way
The waiting is the injury
The usual orthopedic experience is a sequence of waits. You wait to see someone, wait for a scan somewhere else, wait for the results to reach the person who ordered them, then wait again to be told what they mean. Meanwhile the joint keeps doing whatever it was doing.
Ridgeline runs its own MRI, Open MRI and digital X-ray, and its own outpatient physical therapy. That is not a convenience feature. It removes weeks from the point at which treatment actually starts, and it means the surgeon, the imaging and the therapist are working from the same information.
Non-surgical care comes first wherever it can work. Most orthopedic problems do not need an operation, and we would rather tell you that than schedule one. When surgery is the right answer, we will show you why on your own images.

How care runs
Four steps, in order
01
Evaluate
A specialist in that part of the body examines you and takes the history of how the injury actually happened.
02
Confirm
In-house MRI, Open MRI and digital X-ray — used when imaging will change the plan, usually the same visit.
03
Treat
Non-surgical care first wherever it can work: therapy, injections, bracing, medication management.
04
Rebuild
On-site physical therapy, with your therapist and surgeon working from the same plan.
