When the joint needs work

01

Sports Medicine

Sports medicine covers the treatment and prevention of injuries from sport and exercise, and the same injuries when they happen at work or in an accident. Treatment runs from arthroscopy and fracture care to ligament reconstruction, injections and therapy.

Ankle sprains and strains Ligament tears — ACL, MCL, PCL Meniscus tears Rotator cuff tears Tennis and golfer’s elbow Tendon ruptures Cartilage damage Fractures and dislocations Hand and finger injuries

02

Joint Replacement

Joint replacement replaces a damaged joint with an artificial one in metal, ceramic or plastic. Usually the whole joint is replaced; sometimes only the damaged part. Hips, knees and shoulders are the most commonly replaced.

Total knee replacement Total hip replacement Hip resurfacing Total shoulder replacement Reverse shoulder replacement Ankle replacement Revision surgery Post-surgical rehabilitation

03

Minimally Invasive Surgery

Smaller access means less disruption to healthy tissue and, usually, a faster return to function — provided the technique genuinely suits the repair. It is a means, not a selling point.

Arthroscopy Meniscal repair Labral repair Rotator cuff repair ACL and PCL reconstruction Ligament repair and reconstruction Minimally invasive microscopic surgery

04

Regenerative & Injection Therapy

Injection therapy can reduce inflammation, improve joint lubrication or support tissue healing. Which one is appropriate depends entirely on the joint and the diagnosis, and we will tell you when the answer is none of them.

Cortisone (steroid) injections Visco-supplementation (hyaluronic acid) Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) Stem cell injection therapy Ultrasound-guided injection

Diagnostic Imaging

Imaging in our own facility removes the usual wait between suspecting a problem and confirming it. Open MRI is available for patients who find a conventional scanner difficult.

In-house MRI Open MRI Digital X-ray Same-visit imaging where clinically appropriate Imaging reviewed with you directly

06

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy restores movement, reduces pain and rebuilds musculoskeletal function. Because it is delivered in our own facilities, your therapist and your surgeon are working from the same plan.

Manual therapy Therapeutic exercise Post-surgical rehabilitation Overuse injury programs Reinjury prevention Strength, speed and agility work Nerve condition therapy Gait and balance retraining

07

Podiatry & Foot Care

Podiatric care covers the structures of the foot and the mechanics that load them — from plantar fasciitis and bunions to the ongoing foot care that diabetes requires.

Diabetic foot care Plantar fasciitis Bunions and hammertoe Bone spurs Achilles tendon injuries Custom orthotics Nail and skin conditions of the foot

08

Pain Management

Pain management here means interventional and medical options used as part of an orthopedic plan, reviewed on a schedule, and aimed at restoring function rather than only masking symptoms.

Medication management Interventional pain procedures Targeted injections Chronic musculoskeletal pain Coordination with physical therapy

09

Bracing & Medical Equipment

Durable medical equipment supports recovery after injury and surgery, and corrects the mechanics behind many chronic problems. Fitting it properly matters as much as prescribing it.

Custom and off-the-shelf bracing Orthotics Crutches and walking aids Post-operative supports Mobility equipment
